TSB futsal girls and boys (under-14) participated in the Inter-School Futsal Tournament held at Karachi United in Jan ’19. The tournament featured schools from all over Karachi and the teams were divided into pools. The girls team lost 2 matches and won 1 match but could not clear the group stage. However, the boys team reached the top of the group in the group stage and after defeating Generations School, reached the semi-final where they lost 1-0 to St. Michael’s Convent team. Despite having limited resources, training facilities and practice opportunities, the boys team delivered a fantastic game of futsal throughout the tournament. We are thankful to Karachi United for providing this platform to school kids to help their talent and skills.
